New Year...New Me!

So as everyone knows it’s the New Year, and I am so excited! I am excited to be able to start my new diet and exercise routine. Friday I am going grocery shopping, I have already made my list out from the recipes that the National Body Challenge gives you. The cost of groceries will increase slightly but I think it is well worth it even if I just lose a few pounds.

On Saturday I am going to the gym mostly so I can weigh myself and do my measurements. This part is kind of scary just because it will be a real wakeup call as to how much work I really have to do. I am also going to take a picture of myself so I can put I up on my refrigerator next to one from high school (before my thyroid stopped working) and every time I want a snack I hope the pictures will detour me.

Many updates to come!

I had been going to the gym but my boyfriend got put onto the shut-down circuit, making it very difficult to fit time into the gym. However after the New Years things will be going back to normal, thank yo...
